  • 2 slices of BÄKKER High-Protein Bread
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 clove fresh garlic (halved)
  • 3–4 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper

PREPARATION STEPS
