LAVAŞ PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
- 1 BÄKKER High-Protein Lavash (Tortilla)
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree or paste
- 1 clove of minced garlic and dried oregano
- 1 handful of mozzarella or fresh cheddar cheese
- 3–4 Chestnut Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 1 tablespoon of black olives
- Fresh basil or arugula leaves
PREPARATION STEPS
- Magic Sauce: In a small bowl, mix tomato puree, crushed garlic, thyme, and a little olive oil to create an original pizza sauce.
- Base Preparation: Place the BÄKKER lavash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the prepared sauce thinly over the entire lavash, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Cheese and Toppings: Spread the cheese evenly over the sauce. Top with sliced mushrooms and olives. Since the lavash is thin, be careful not to pile on the toppings.
- Crisping: Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for just 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the lavash are golden brown.
- Serving: Immediately after removing from the oven, sprinkle with fresh basil or arugula leaves, slice, and serve hot. Enjoy!
